APTRA EXCHANGE ANNOUNCED FOR 10 MAY 2022 IN SINGAPORE

Singapore 15 March 2022 APTRA announces it will be hosting an APTRA Exchange and Networking event, in association with Tax Free World Association (TFWA), on Tuesday 10 May 2022, from 4-6 pm at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. The event focus is knowledge sharing on key topics of interest to the travel retail community in Asia Pacific and will be moderated by John Rimmer, Managing Director of TFWA. Specific details are being drawn up now and will be announced in the coming days.

This follows the announcement that TFWA Singapore exhibition has been cancelled and, instead, the new TWFA program will consist only of conference with networking sessions.

APTRA President, Sunil Tuli, explains the rationale behind this decision. “We understand how difficult it has been for TFWA to cancel the exhibition, given the situation in Hong Kong and mainland China and the knock-on effect on international travel. However, we are delighted to announce that, with the support of TFWA, we will host the APTRA Exchange on 10 May, during the TFWA program. APTRA is committed to providing valuable insights, knowledge-sharing and networking opportunities for our members and the wider industry across the wider APAC region. This is a well overdue and eagerly anticipated opportunity for people to come together and do business at its best, in person.”

The APTRA Exchange is open to all APTRA members and non-members attending the TFWA program.
